Nope AI: Quit Bad Habits

NOPE is an AI coach for quitting: alcohol, nicotine, cannabis, gambling, porn, social media, sugar, or the habit you name yourself. The urge lasts a few minutes. NOPE gives you something to do inside those minutes. CALL YOUR COACH Tap call. NOPE picks up, out loud, any hour. Talk or type: your coach knows your habit, your triggers and your streak, and stays on the line until the wave passes. PANIC BUTTON One tap when the craving hits. NOPE hands you a quick action tuned to your triggers: a challenge, an audio session, or the reasons you wrote for holding on. YOUR RECOVERY CONSTELLATION Each clean day feeds a recovery score out of 1000, spread across seven dimensions: health, money, mind, time, confidence, freedom, energy. Watch the constellation light up and see where you could be in six months. NIGHT AUDIO SESSIONS Voice affirmations over five soundscapes: calm rain, cozy fire, castle storm, neon rain, night camp. Breathe with the orb until it comes back down. RELAPSE WITHOUT LOSING EVERYTHING A relapse costs you the day. Your history, your score and your progress stay. Write down what happened, take a comeback challenge, and keep going with honest numbers. CHECK IN, SPOT YOUR TRIGGERS A daily check-in feeds your streak calendar and your history. NOPE shows you the pattern: which days break, which triggers come back. REAL-LIFE CHALLENGES Nine categories, from mindfulness to very risky, to fill the space the habit leaves. WHAT IT COSTS YOU NOPE projects what your habit takes each year, in money or in hours, and counts what you win back from day one. Available in English and French. NOPE runs on a subscription, with a free trial. Privacy: your journal and personal answers stay on your device unless you choose otherwise.
