Coriva: Kitchen Repairs

Coriva helps commercial kitchens get equipment fixed. Post the fault and catering engineers near you offer a time. Choose one, then follow the job from start to finish in one place. FOR KITCHENS Coriva is free for kitchens. There is no commission and no fee per job. • Post a fault in a few steps. Add the equipment, what is wrong, how urgent it is and a photo. • Engineers near you offer a time. Check their profile, reviews, Gas Safe or F-Gas details and insurance before you choose. • Ask an engineer directly from the Engineers tab, and save the ones you trust. • Chat with your engineer in the app. • See when the job is scheduled and where it is up to. • Sign off the job sheet when the work is done. • Get the invoice in the app. You pay the engineer directly, in the way you agree with them. • Rate the engineer after the job. Coriva is for restaurants, cafés, pubs, hotels and other commercial kitchens in the UK. It works for commercial ovens, combi ovens, fridges and freezers, refrigeration, dishwashers and glasswashers, fryers, gas appliances and more. FOR ENGINEERS Coriva is for independent commercial catering engineers: gas, refrigeration, warewashing and more. • Find work near you on a map. Each job shows the equipment, the fault, how urgent it is and how far away it is. • Offer a time on the jobs you want. Kitchens can also ask you directly. • Run your diary. Schedule and reschedule jobs, and see what is next. • Fill in the job sheet step by step: time on site, the work, parts and photos. Get it signed on site, or send it for the kitchen to sign off in the app. • Send invoices from the app and mark them paid. • Keep your own clients in Contacts and schedule work for them too. • Show your Gas Safe and F-Gas details, insurance and reviews on your profile. • Ask Axel, a helper that suggests checks for a fault. Axel is not a competent person and does not replace Gas Safe or live electrical work. PRICING FOR ENGINEERS New engineer accounts get 3 months free. You do not need to enter payment details for the free period. After that, membership keeps you taking on work: £49.99 a month or £479.99 a year (works out at £40.00 a month, a 20% saving on monthly). Without membership you keep your profile and job history, and you can still see jobs on Find work. You cannot offer times on jobs or answer direct requests from kitchens. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS • Payment is charged to your Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. • Membership renews automatically until you cancel it. • You can cancel at any time in the Google Play Store under Payments and subscriptions. Membership stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. • Deleting the app or your Coriva account does not cancel your membership. • Prices shown are for the UK.
