SkinLogs: Skin Tracker & Diary

SkinLogs is a private, on-device record of your skin's appearance, and what you put on it, over time. People use it to patch test a new product, track eczema, psoriasis, acne, rosacea, hives, contact dermatitis, or vitiligo, or just keep an eye on something they're curious about. Just your own photos, notes, and simple local summaries, never sent anywhere. WHAT IT DOES • Photograph an area of skin with a quick photo, or upload one from your library. Saving a scan is entirely local. Nothing is analyzed or sent anywhere. • Draw directly on a saved photo to circle or point out what you noticed, a personal note, not analysis. • Compare two photos with a manual drag-slider or a side-by-side overlay blend. No automated analysis, just your own eyes. When adding another photo to a tracking folder, line it up against your last one the same way before saving. • Track a Diary of severity, itch, triggers, and relief, with an optional voice memo on any check-in and an optional weekly comfort check-in. • Track a Routine of what you're using or testing out, ointments, sunscreen, a new product, anything, with simple frequency reminders. Flag what's not working, and see it alongside your Diary entries to notice what's actually helping. • Routine Pattern Finder: tag a product to the area it's for, and once you've logged enough Diary check-ins, it compares your average severity on days you used it against days you didn't, labeled Early signal, Worth a look, or Consistent pattern, with side-by-side photos when you have them. Entirely local arithmetic, never a diagnosis. • Organize scans into tracking folders per body location, with optional rescan reminders you can restrict to specific days of the week, so you can see how something changes over weeks or months. • Progress report pulls a folder's photos together with simple local summaries built from your own Diary and Routine entries, averages, counts, and plain trend comparisons. No AI, no medical assessment, just arithmetic over what you already logged. • Search your scan history and Diary notes to find a specific entry fast. • Export a PDF of your own records to keep or share however you like. WHAT IT IS NOT SkinLogs is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, and is not a health-monitoring tool.
