Keep a secure visual record of skin changes, texture marks, irritation, cosmetic progress, skincare routines, or any other skin area you want to track—fully offline and under your control. IMPORTANT: Skin Tracker is an observational journal. It does NOT provide medical advice, evaluate skin conditions, or identify specific medical concerns. Ordinary photo albums get lost in your camera roll, and basic reminders don't link to specific locations.
