Skalia Padel: Book a Court

Skalia is a padel app for Uruguay: book padel courts at clubs that use Skalia, set up matches at your level and sign up for tournaments. It also lets you follow your ranking and book tennis and pickleball courts. What you can do with Skalia • Book a court: browse clubs on the map, pick the day, time and court, and see the price before you confirm. Where enabled, set a fixed weekly slot. You get a reminder before you play. • Set up matches: create an open match or browse open ones filtered by level and type (competitive or friendly). Invite your friends and chat with the players. • Measure your level: take the level test and watch it update after every confirmed result, using an ELO-style system on a scale from 0.5 to 7.0. • Follow the ranking: overall, by club and by category, with your streak, your full history and the head-to-head against any player. • Play tournaments: sign up with your partner and follow the groups, the bracket and the results live. • Live video and replay: if your club has cameras, watch tournament matches live and see the replay of your match afterwards. • Skalia points: earn points when you book, play and compete, and redeem them for rewards in the in-app points store with a redemption code. • Achievements and calendar: unlock achievements, add matches and bookings to your calendar and see what is next in the "Skalia today" widget. Who it is for and where it works Skalia works in Uruguay and is built for padel, tennis and pickleball players across the country: the app map shows clubs in Montevideo, Punta del Este and other cities. It is also for clubs that manage courts, bookings, schedules, pricing, tournaments and staff from the app. An internet connection is required. How it works 1. Create your account and take the level test from your profile to start in your category. 2. Pick a club on the map and book a court, or join an open match or create your own. 3. Play, confirm the result and watch your ranking update. Frequently asked questions How do I book a padel court? You pick a club on the map, then the day, time and court, check the price and confirm. At some clubs the booking stays pending until the club confirms it. Does Skalia work everywhere in Uruguay? Not everywhere. Bookings are confirmed inside the app only at clubs that use Skalia; if yours is not on Skalia yet, the app tells you and offers a way to contact it. Do I pay for the court in the app? In the current version the court is not paid for inside the app: you see the price before you confirm and settle the payment with the club. Does Skalia have in-app purchases or ads? No. The app has no in-app purchases, subscriptions or ads; each club sets its court price. How do I find out my padel level? You take the level test and the app assigns you a starting category. After that, it adjusts with every confirmed result, using an ELO-style system. How do I find players to fill a match? Create an open match so players in your category can join, browse open matches filtered by level and type, or invite your friends. Every match has its own chat. Can I watch my match on video? If your club has cameras, you can watch tournament matches live and see the replay of your match afterwards. The video comes from the cameras, not from your phone. Privacy and purchases The app shows no ads and has no in-app purchases or subscriptions. It asks for access to your location (while you use the app, to show you the nearest clubs and courts), your camera (for your profile photo and to scan QR codes) and notifications (alerts about matches, bookings and tournaments). To add matches and bookings to your calendar, the app opens your Calendar app; it does not read your events. You can delete your account from the app. How your data and the camera streams are handled is explained in the privacy policy: https://www.skaliasports.com/privacy-policy Developed by Skalia Sports.
