SK Constructions

Run your entire construction workforce from one app. **SK Constructions** is the all-in-one workforce management platform built for construction businesses, builders, and trade contractors. From rostering crews and booking site inspections to tracking assets and processing invoices — everything your team needs is in one place. 📅 **SMART ROSTERING** Assign employees to jobs in seconds. Supervisors can schedule a worker across multiple days in a single action, or assign several jobs to one employee in a day with clear time slots. Workers see their full day at a glance in the employee app. 🔍 **BOOKING INSPECTIONS** Never miss a critical site inspection again. Track every inspection type your jobs need — base, piers, concrete, steel, pump, material, pipe, termite, camera checks and more. Each inspection shows a live status (Approved, Not Approved, Booked, Pending), and when it's time to book, choose an inspection company straight from your built-in directory. Full inspection history with timestamps keeps you audit-ready. 🏢 **COMPANY DIRECTORY** Keep your surveyors, termite inspectors, pipe check and camera check companies organised in one directory. Book inspections directly from any job with two taps. 📸 **TIME-STAMPED SITE MEDIA** Photos and videos captured in the app carry an automatic date-and-time stamp — visible on the image and embedded in the file. Perfect for progress records, dispute protection, and compliance documentation. 💰 **INVOICING & PAYMENTS** Employees submit invoices from the field with their ABN and bank details securely stored. Bank account details are encrypted, and any change to payment details automatically alerts your accountant — built-in fraud protection before payments go out. 👥 **ROLES BUILT FOR CONSTRUCTION** Five permission levels match how real crews work: * Owner — full control of the business * Admin/Accountant — finances, invoice approvals, reports * Supervisor — rosters, job assignments, team oversight * Team Leader — on-site task management * Employee — assignments, invoices, and media uploads 📊 **LIVE DASHBOARD** See your business at a glance — active jobs, workers on site today, pending invoices, revenue, and upcoming inspections. Filter everything by day, week, month, or a custom date range. **WHY CONSTRUCTION TEAMS CHOOSE SK CONSTRUCTIONS** ✓ Built specifically for builders and trade contractors ✓ Australian-ready: ABN and BSB support out of the box ✓ Bank-grade encryption for financial details ✓ Works for office staff and on-site crews alike ✓ One app replaces spreadsheets, group chats, and paper timesheets
