Siyai Editorial Planner

Your whole social media plan in one app, from the calendar to the published post. Siyai Editorial Planner is built for freelance social media managers, creators and agencies who plan content for their own profile and for clients: an editorial calendar, AI-generated captions and hashtags, tasks up to publishing, and client approvals without chasing anyone in chat. WHY YOU'LL WANT IT - No more content plans scattered across spreadsheets, notes and messages - No more hours spent writing captions and digging for hashtags - No more chasing approvals: clients approve straight from a link - See how the feed will look before you publish CONTENT CALENDAR Plan posts in a month or week view, with your own profile and every client in the same calendar. Create, edit and move content, and track each post through its status, from draft to published. AI CAPTIONS AND HASHTAGS Generate post copy, hashtags and your profile bio while you build the content. Start from an idea and get a caption ready to polish in seconds. CLIENT MANAGEMENT A searchable client list, a dedicated content plan for each one, and an Excel export of a client's posts, ready to send or archive. 3x3 GRID PREVIEW Lay out the month's feed in a 3x3 grid: upload images, reorder them by drag and drop, customise the profile header. Check the look of the feed before publishing, not after. TASKS AND PROJECTS Organise the work per client in projects with categorised task lists, filters and sorting. Assign tasks to teammates and follow the progress all the way to publication. PASSWORDLESS CLIENT APPROVALS Share one link: your client opens a dedicated view with the calendar and the grid, then approves, rejects or comments on each post. No account, no password. WORK AS A TEAM On the Agency plan you invite collaborators as owner, editor or viewer: clients, content plans and tasks are shared across the team seats. ALSO INSIDE - Push notifications for client and team activity - Available in English and Italian - Guided onboarding that sets up your profile in a few steps FREE TRIAL AND PLANS Start with a 14-day free trial, no strings attached.
