CoachNote: Client Feedback Log

CoachNote is a student management + lesson feedback app built for solo coaches and trainers. PT, vocal, yoga, pilates, golf — whatever you teach, keep every student's lesson history and feedback chats in one place. ■ Made for you if… • Your lesson notes are scattered across chat apps and memo pads • You find yourself digging through old messages right before a session • You want to show students their progress with real numbers and charts ■ Key features ▶ Student management A profile card per student — category, start date, and notes at a glance. Find anyone instantly with search and category filters. ▶ Per-lesson feedback chat Every lesson gets its own feedback chat room. Exchange messages, photos, and videos — form corrections, meal checks, next-session notes — messenger-style, with unread badges so nothing slips by. ▶ Student invites Connect with a student using a single invite code. Students see your feedback and their records on their own phone, in real time, for free. ▶ Progress charts Body weight, 1RM, vocal range — define your own metrics, log them, and watch growth appear on time-series charts. ▶ PDF reports Export per-student progress reports as PDFs to share with students and parents. ■ Synced and safe Sign in and your records sync securely — switch phones or use a tablet, everything follows. ■ CoachNote Pro Unlimited students, 500MB per video, ad-free — unlocked by subscription. The free tier comfortably covers up to 3 students. Start now and capture every moment of your lessons.
