Full description
Keevan is a document vault and ID card wallet for the papers you carry every day: your passport, ID card, driver's license, insurance cards and bank cards. Everything is encrypted on your phone, opens in one tap from your vault, and works offline. Keep every important document in one place • Passport, visa, boarding pass and travel insurance: a travel document vault for every trip • National ID card and driver's license in your ID card wallet, front and back together • Health insurance card and car insurance policy • Credit and debit cards, in a simple card wallet • Any other document as a photo or a file such as a PDF, in categories you name yourself Opens in one tap, even offline At hotel check-in, an airport desk or a hospital counter, open the right ID or card in seconds. Your document wallet lives on your phone, not online, so it opens in flight mode and with no signal. Reminders before your documents expire Add an expiry date to a passport, driver's license or insurance policy and Keevan reminds you 30 days before it expires. It works as a simple document expiry reminder and renewal reminder for the papers that are easy to forget. Real encryption, not just a lock screen Your document vault is encrypted with Android's Keystore, with hardware-backed protection on supported phones. Every photo and file is stored encrypted, not just hidden behind a PIN. • Your phone's own lock (fingerprint, face or PIN) opens the vault • Add a separate 6-digit app PIN if you share your phone • Auto-lock locks the vault again when you leave the app, after a delay you pick • Block screenshots and screen recordings inside the app Add a document in seconds Take a photo, choose one from your gallery, or pick a file. Choose a category and give it a name. For cards such as an ID card, driver's license or bank card, mark which photo is the Front and which is the Back. Add an expiry date if the document has one. Search finds any item later. Backup and Emergency Backup Create a password-protected backup file whenever you want and restore it on a new phone. Emergency Backup keeps an encrypted copy of your vault up to date every day, ready to share with someone you trust in case you are ever unable to reach your documents yourself. One price, no subscription, no ads Keep up to 5 items free. Unlock unlimited items with one payment. No monthly fee, no yearly renewal and no ads. Private by design Keevan never asks for your name, email or an account, and there is no Keevan cloud. Your document locker stays encrypted on your phone unless you choose to share an item or create a backup. Analytics and crash reports never include your documents, cards, photos or PIN. Questions Does Keevan work without internet? Yes. Your ID card wallet is on your phone, so every document opens offline. Is Keevan a government app? No. Keevan keeps your own copies handy. It does not issue, verify or replace official documents. Can I move my vault to a new phone? Yes. Create a backup file, then restore it on the new phone with its password. What happens after 5 items? Your 5 items stay free to use, or you can unlock unlimited items once.

What's new

Virtual Wallet is now Keevan, rebuilt from the ground up. Your existing cards and documents are still here, now protected with full on-device encryption. Unlock with your phone's fingerprint, face, or PIN. Also new: encrypted backup & restore, Emergency Backup, expiry reminders, search, and a completely refreshed experience.
