SiteLog - Job Site Report

SiteLog is a practical job site diary and reporting app built for tradies, builders, contractors and site supervisors. Keep your jobs, daily site records, labour, photos, follow-ups and paperwork together on your phone, then turn that information into professional reports when you need it. No complicated project-management setup. No account required just to start using the app. Create a job and get on with the work. KEEP A PROPER SITE DIARY Record what happened on site while it is still fresh. • Daily job diary entries • Workers and labour hours • Site conditions and job details • Follow-ups and reminders • Add reminders to your phone calendar • Keep a clear history for each job DOCUMENT THE JOB WITH PHOTOS Keep site photos organised with the job they belong to instead of losing them amongst hundreds of photos on your phone. SiteLog also includes built-in photo markup tools so you can clearly show defects, damage, measurements or work that needs attention. Mark up photos using: • Pen • Arrows • Boxes • Circles • Measurements • Text labels Save the marked-up copy alongside your job records. CREATE PROFESSIONAL SITE REPORTS Turn your job history into a clean PDF site report containing diary entries, labour records and site photos. Useful for keeping clients informed, documenting progress, recording site issues or simply having a proper record of what happened on the job. TRACK VARIATIONS & EXTRA WORKS Record work that falls outside the original quote before it gets forgotten. Add the details, amount and status, then capture the client's sign-off directly on the phone. FOLLOW UP THE THINGS THAT MATTER Flag something from the site diary and give it a due date, whether it is a delivery to confirm, a variation to chase, materials to order or a call that needs to be made. Overdue follow-ups stay visible so they are harder to forget. QUOTES & INVOICES Create and manage quotes and invoices from the same app as your job records. Keep client details, job information, amounts and payment status together instead of jumping between different apps and notes. SiteLog Pro adds invoice and quote sending, along with unlimited cloud photo storage. OPTIONAL CLOUD BACKUP You can use SiteLog without creating an account. If you want backup and restore, simply turn on cloud backup and sign in with your email. Your SiteLog data can then be restored if you change or replace your phone. BUILT FOR PEOPLE WORKING ON SITE SiteLog is designed for: • Builders and carpenters • Electricians • Plumbers • Landscapers • Maintenance contractors • Renovators • Sole traders • Construction and site supervisors • Other trades that need reliable job records Whether you're keeping evidence of work completed, recording labour, marking up a defect, chasing an extra, preparing a client report or checking what happened on site three months ago, SiteLog keeps the job history in one place. Less paperwork. Better job records. Straight from your phone.
