RadarCP - Public Procurement

RadarCP is a private platform developed by SisEcuador. It does not represent, is not affiliated with, and is not endorsed by the Government of Ecuador, the National Public Procurement Service (SERCOP), or any other public authority. RadarCP helps users organize and consult publicly available information about public procurement processes in Ecuador. Main features: • Follow procurement processes and business opportunities. • Consult process information, documents and schedules. • Filter by CPC product and service activities and contracting entities. • Alerts, reminders and a calendar of important dates. • Summaries and statistics to organize the information consulted. OFFICIAL INFORMATION SOURCES Public data on processes, contracting entities, amounts, statuses, documents and dates comes from public procurement platforms operated by SERCOP: 1. SERCOP institutional website and access to official tools: https://portal.compraspublicas.gob.ec/sercop/ 2. SOCE - public procurement process search: https://www.compraspublicas.gob.ec/ProcesoContratacion/compras/PC/buscarProceso.cpe?sg=1 Search for processes published by contracting entities and verify the information for each procedure. 3. Contrataciones Abiertas Ecuador - OCDS open data: https://datosabiertos.compraspublicas.gob.ec/PLATAFORMA/datos-abiertos Consult and download public procurement procedure data and access documentation for the official API. These websites are operated by SERCOP, not SisEcuador. If a link does not load, visit the SERCOP institutional website and follow its links to the official tools. Some searches may require a CAPTCHA. The official websites and the app interface are in Spanish. RadarCP summaries, filters, statistics and reminders are SisEcuador tools, not official communications. Always verify current data and dates directly with the official sources before making decisions.
