Full description
You keep ticking tasks. Are you any closer to the life you want? Most planners record what you did. Sirius Focus helps you choose what deserves the time, and keeps the record that shows whether the choice was right. When you get stuck, you can see why. It runs on one question, and it asks it everywhere: what action would prove I'm actually moving this forward? Give your actions a purpose File an action under a project, a goal and a category such as Health, so a full day traces back to something you care about. A category carries a Vision and a Standard, a goal carries an Outcome and a Purpose, a project carries a Result and a Purpose. Plan the day, and star the few that count Today shows the actions for the day with their time estimate, their deadline and a count of how many times each one has been put off. Star a few rather than ranking all of them. Say why you skipped something Skip an action and you write one line saying why, in a couple of seconds. The reasons collect somewhere you will see them again. It never tells you that you are avoiding something. It shows you that you moved the same action four times and wrote "don't know where to start" every time. You say the rest. Dump anything new into the inbox and decide later Anything that comes up goes into the inbox in a couple of seconds, without deciding what it is yet. Later you turn it into an action, file it under a project, or throw it away. Nothing has to leave the inbox. Mark your habits daily, and freeze the days you can't Mark each habit as you do it, in one tap. Miss one and you can say what got in the way, or freeze the day when you genuinely could not, so a week away does not read as a collapse when you look back at it. Keep a logbook of what you learn as you go Write down a thought, a reflection or an idea while it is still fresh, and tag what happened: learned, worked, failed. By Sunday you have a record of the days rather than a column of ticks and a feeling about them. Review the day and the week guided by coaching questions Open a review each morning, each evening and once a week, and answer questions instead of facing a blank page. It fills in what it already knows: what you finished, what slid, what you skipped and the reasons you gave, and which habits held. You change one thing, and next week shows whether it worked. Put categories, projects or actions on a calendar Block off time for a whole category such as Health, for one project such as customer acquisition, or for a single action. The week shows what there is room for, so the things you care about get hours rather than intentions. Works offline, and syncs across your devices Everything lives on the phone and the app keeps working with no connection at all. Anything you change offline is sent as soon as you are back online, and the same workspace is waiting in your browser at siriusfocus.com. The app does not use any AI There is no assistant, no agent and no chat box. Nothing reads what you wrote and hands you back an opinion about it. That is a decision, not a gap. Free, with no ads The whole app, sync included, is free, and there are no ads, no subscriptions and no in-app purchases. Nothing is held back behind a price. Who this isn't for You already know exactly what matters and execute on it cleanly. This solves a problem you don't have. You want a shared board for a team. This is built for one person being honest with themselves. You want an app that will figure you out. This one hands you the evidence and leaves the thinking to you. Sirius Focus needs a free account, which you can create from the sign-in screen or at siriusfocus.com. You can delete your account, and everything in it, from Settings at any time.
