Sipstr Store Ops

Sipstr Store Ops is the in-store companion for shops that sell on Sipstr. Put it on a tablet at the counter and your team can run every delivery order from one screen. Built for a busy counter • Live order queue with New, Active, Scheduled and Completed tabs • Open any order to see items, delivery instructions and totals • One tap to move an order forward: Accept, Ready for Pickup, Driver Picked Up • Loud new-order alerts that play even when the tablet is on silent Handle the real world • Out of stock? Replace or remove items and see the new total before you charge the difference • Cancel with a reason — the customer is refunded automatically • Print a packing slip with a driver pickup QR code • Pause new orders when you're slammed, resume with one switch Stay on top of the store • Order history filtered by outcome and date, searchable by customer or address • Update stock counts and prices straight from the counter • Notification inbox so nothing slips through a shift change • Works across several stores — switch without signing out Designed for tablets, works on phones too. Sipstr Store Ops is for Sipstr partner store owners and managers. You'll need a store account from Sipstr to sign in.
