SipProof: Drink & Hydrate

SipProof is a hydration habit tracker built to help you drink consistently and prove every check-in. Instead of simply tapping a button, you capture a photo of your glass, bottle, cup, or jar so your progress reflects real action. SipProof is made for people who forget to drink, struggle to maintain hydration routines, or want extra accountability. It turns each drink into visible progress through photo proofs, reminders, streaks, challenges, and friendly competition. How SipProof works: 1) Choose your favourite drinks and hydration goal 2) Receive personalised reminders throughout the day 3) Photograph your drink as proof 4) Confirm the drink type, container size, and estimated amount 5) Build streaks and track your progress What you can track: - Water - Tea and coffee - Juice and smoothies - Milk - Sparkling water - Soda and other favourite drinks - Custom containers and serving sizes Why people use SipProof: - Remember to drink throughout the day - Build a more consistent hydration habit - Add accountability through photo proof - Track different drinks in one place - Complete hydration challenges - See daily and weekly progress - Stay motivated with a partner More than a drink reminder: - AI-assisted container and quantity estimates - Photo-proof hydration check-ins - Personalised drink reminders - Daily goals, streaks, and achievements - Multiple hydration challenges - Visual activity and progress insights - Friendly seven-day Sip Duo races - Custom units, including millilitres and fluid ounces - Support for glasses, cups, bottles, jars, and custom containers SIP DUO Choose a unique username and avatar, invite a partner, and build better habits together.
