SAFE BACKUP AND RESTORE • Local, encrypted backup of your bridge: rules and automations, rooms, zones and scenes (colors and gradients included) and, on the Bridge Pro, MotionAware areas and SpatialAware positions. Backup history, with a per-bridge filter. • Guided restore in 4 reviewable steps — lights, rooms/zones and scenes, accessories and a final comparison showing what is new, what changed and what is already identical. Nothing is written to the bridge until you confirm. • Replaced a bulb or a switch? Point the old device at the new one and every automation follows. Items that no longer exist get a suggested substitute, and the decision is yours. • Pair new lights and accessories without leaving the restore — by automatic search, serial number or touchlink. • Restore even onto a new bridge, with names resolved against its current state. YOUR AUTOMATIONS, DRAWN OUT • Every accessory becomes a graph: trigger → condition → action → target. Legacy rules (V1) and current automations (V2) are drawn the same way. • Scene cycles, on/off pairs and rotary dimming show up as a single node, not dozens of loose rules. • Find out what controls each light, and migrate a device's legacy rules to the new system. • Visual editor (beta): change an automation right in the graph, without touching JSON — only what you changed is altered.
