Store listing

Full description
SIMRelay BYOS syncs the SMS text messages from your phone's SIM to your SIMRelay account, so the same messages are available on your phone and on your computer. Messages received on your SIM are relayed to your account within seconds, and messages you write on your computer are sent through your SIM — keeping both devices in sync. CROSS-DEVICE SYNC • Phone to computer: every SMS received on your registered SIM is relayed securely over HTTPS to your account at simrelay.com, where it appears in your web browser within seconds. • Computer to phone: a message you write in your simrelay.com dashboard is sent as an SMS from your own SIM. • On your phone: SIMRelay can also be set as your default SMS app, so you read and send the same messages directly on the device. • Dual SIM: register and sync more than one SIM from the same phone. • One-time SIM check: during setup the app sends a single verification SMS from your SIM to confirm you own the number. WHY SIMRELAY NEEDS SMS PERMISSIONS • Receive SMS and Read SMS: to capture incoming text messages on your SIM so they can be synced to your account and shown on your computer and phone. • Send SMS: to send the messages you write (on the device or from your account) through your SIM, and to send the one-time setup verification. Your messages are synced only to your own SIMRelay account and are never sold or shared with third parties. GOOD TO KNOW • A SIMRelay account is required. • RCS chats are delivered by Google Messages, not as SMS, so they cannot be synced. One-time passcodes (OTP) and service messages are always SMS. • Encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Crash reporting and analytics are optional and active only with your consent. You can remove your SIM or delete your account at any time.

What's new

SIMRelay BYOS 2.0.0 • Use SIMRelay as your phone's messaging app — read, write, and send SMS right on your device, and set it as your default SMS app • Two-way sync with your computer: read incoming messages and send new ones through your SIM from your simrelay.com dashboard • Faster, more reliable device setup and relaying • Battery/charging reminders so your relay phone stays connected
