Diseñada para integrarse perfectamente con Simplifica ERP, nuestra aplicación transforma tu logística en una ventaja competitiva. Cómo te ayuda Reparto Simplifica: 1. Gestión de Ruta Inteligente. Al asignar el reparto no solo puedes listar pedidos, sino ordenarlos automáticamente por la ruta más corta o rápida. Cuenta con navegación integrada con Google Maps. Te brinda tiempo estimado de llegada actualizado según el tráfico y el progreso. 2. Prueba de Entrega Digital (Evidencia) Captura de la firma del cliente al recibir el pedido. Evidencia fotográfica, opción de tomar fotos del paquete entregado; de lo contrario el motivo de rechazo (ej. puerta cerrada). 3. Seguimiento y Trazabilidad (GPS) Monitoreo en tiempo real. Se envío de coordenadas GPS para que la central vea el recorrido en tiempo real. Registro automático de la hora exacta de entrega del pedido. Historial de eventos: Registro de cada cambio de estado con marca de tiempo. 4. Gestión de Estados y Motivos Estados claros: "En camino", "En puerta", "Entregado", "Reprogramado". Así como el campo para colocar los motivos de no entrega. 5. Liquidación y Cobranza (Finanzas) Gestión de Cobro (COD). Si el pedido es contra entrega, registrar si se pagó en efectivo, transferencia o tarjeta. Reporte de los pedidos que se entregaron y cuánto dinero debe rendir el repartidor al final del día. 6. Comunicación y Notificaciones Alertas Push: Notificar al repartidor sobre nuevos pedidos o cambios de ruta urgentes. Contacto rápido: Botón para llamar o chatear con el cliente sin salir de la app.
