Simpli Courier is the driver app for cafes and restaurants that deliver with their own couriers. It is part of Simpli, the order-and-pay platform behind the digital menu, ordering, payment and live delivery tracking that guests use on their phone. Access is by invitation. Your venue creates your courier account and sends you the link, so there is nothing to set up yourself. ON THE ROAD See every order that is ready for pickup, and the ones still being prepared with their prep time. Stops are ordered by real drive time, not by straight-line distance. Open the whole route on the map, or hand a single stop to your navigation app. Address, floor, intercom, phone number and the guest's note sit on one card. Pick up and mark delivered with one tap. The guest is notified at every step. LIVE TRACKING While you are on a run, your location is shared with the venue and with the guests waiting for their order, so they can watch the delivery move on the map. Tracking starts when you pick up your first order and stops the moment the last one is delivered. It never runs outside a shift. NOTIFICATIONS Push notifications tell you when a new order is assigned to you and when an order you are waiting on becomes ready. AFTER THE SHIFT Your delivery history stays in the app, so you can look back at what you delivered and when. WHAT YOU NEED An active Simpli venue account and a courier invitation from that venue.
