Full description
Simplest Calendar is a simple calendar: a list of days. Tap a day, write a note. That is the whole idea. It is for anyone who finds other calendar apps too much. There is no account to create, nothing to sync with Google, and no extra features to learn. It does not connect to Google Calendar. Notes stay on your phone unless you share a backup yourself. The only time the app uses the internet is if you buy or restore optional colour packs through Google Play. Other calendars ask you to manage events, invites, and people. This one is a list. You scroll, you tap, you write. Use it as a note-taking calendar, a reminder app, or both. A note is text on that day. A reminder is a time you choose, and the phone nudges you then. You can leave either one out. You can put the list on your home screen. The widget starts as one row for today — the date, your note, and a bell if a reminder is set. Make it wider to see more of the note. Make it taller and it becomes a scrollable list of upcoming days, with month headings, like the app. Tap a day to open it. What you can do • Write a note on any day • Set a reminder if you want a nudge • Add a home-screen widget for today, or stretch it taller for upcoming days • Pick a colour and a text size (more colours as an optional unlock) • Keep an automatic backup in a folder you choose What it does not do • Ask you to sign in • Sync with Google Calendar or any other calendar • Show ads, track you, or send your notes to the developer Your notes stay on your phone. Open the app, scroll the list, tap a day, write it down.

What's new

A calendar that is a list of days. Tap a day, write a note, and set a reminder if you want one. Add a home-screen widget for today, or make it taller to see the days ahead. There is no account to create, and it does not sync with Google Calendar. Your notes stay on your phone. If you want a backup, choose a folder on the phone or in cloud storage.
