Por eso, hemos creado un entorno donde tú, como asistente, puedes conectarte para ayudar a resolver problemas en sus dispositivos móviles en tiempo real, sin importar el sistema operativo que usen. Características principales: •⁠ ⁠Asistencia Guiada: Conecta tu dispositivo con el de tu familiar de manera segura para ayudarle a configurar su teléfono, usar apps o resolver dudas técnicas. •⁠ ⁠Control Remoto Multiplataforma: Soluciona problemas técnicos entre distintos sistemas operativos de forma fluida. •⁠ ⁠Gestión de Círculo Familiar: Configura quién puede asistir a quién. Un usuario puede autorizar a varios miembros de la familia (hijos, nietos) para recibir ayuda cuando la necesite. •⁠ ⁠Privacidad y Seguridad: El usuario que recibe la ayuda siempre tiene la última palabra. Uso del Servicio de Accesibilidad: SilverConnect utiliza la API AccessibilityService exclusivamente para la función de control remoto durante sesiones de asistencia técnica. Cuando un usuario mayor necesita ayuda, un asistente de confianza puede, con autorización explícita del usuario, realizar toques, deslizamientos y gestos de forma remota en el dispositivo asistido. Esta función requiere que el usuario active manualmente el servicio de accesibilidad en la configuración de Android y otorgue su consentimiento mediante un diálogo de confirmación en la aplicación. El servicio de accesibilidad NO se utiliza para recopilar datos personales, contraseñas ni información sensible. Solo se activa durante sesiones de asistencia activas y se desactiva automáticamente al finalizar la sesión.
