MacroGlance: Calorie Tracker

Turn a meal photo into a calorie and macro estimate you can review and save. MacroGlance is a photo-based calorie tracker and food diary for keeping track of protein, carbohydrates, and fat without creating an account. PHOTO-BASED FOOD LOGGING Take a meal photo or choose one from your device. MacroGlance checks basic image quality and returns an itemized nutrition estimate, including calories, protein, carbs, and fat. REVIEW BEFORE YOU LOG Food recognition and portion estimates can be wrong. Stay in control of your food log: • Adjust portion sizes • Replace foods or remove incorrect items • Edit calories and nutrition values • Undo your latest correction • Save the reviewed meal to your diary KEEP A LOCAL FOOD DIARY Review your meal history, reuse saved meals, and view seven-day diary observations. Your logged meals are stored in the app's local database, with no account required. EXPORT OR DELETE YOUR DIARY Export your food diary as a CSV file, or permanently delete it in the app. Android backup is disabled for the diary. Live photo analysis sends your selected photo for processing. Photos used for analysis are removed from the app cache afterward. EXPLORE WITH A DEMO MEAL Use a clearly labeled demo estimate to try editing and logging a meal without uploading a photo. MacroGlance provides rough nutrition estimates for general tracking. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. It does not provide medical or allergen advice and should not be used when exact nutrition information is required.
