Families can enroll children in recurring events, update attendance for each date, request rides, volunteer to drive, choose a vehicle and passenger list, and offer standby seats. Ride assignments are managed per event and direction, with automatic reassignment when a driver withdraws and open standby seats are available. View upcoming events, drivers, passenger lists, uncovered ride needs, venue details, pickup notes, and ride-plan changes. Email, in-app, and optional push notifications keep the team informed.
