Record your ride or run, add animated telemetry overlays, shape the video into a highlight reel, and export a finished video to your gallery. RECORD WITH LIVE GPS TELEMETRY RushCam starts preparing telemetry when you enter the camera, so your data is ready before you press Record. Track supported metrics as your activity unfolds: - Current, average, and maximum speed - Distance and activity duration - Altitude, elevation gain, and vertical descent - GPS route, heading, and signal quality - Acceleration and G-force - Heart rate, cadence, and power when available from your activity data Available metrics depend on your activity, telemetry template, and data source. CUSTOM TELEMETRY OVERLAYS Choose from animated layouts including Minimal, Speed Focus, Speed Arc, Side Speed Arc, Alpine HUD, Adventure, Performance, and Map Focus. RushCam recommends suitable templates for each activity. Customize your telemetry layout, then preview it on your video. Some templates, metrics, and customization options may require RushCam Pro. EDIT YOUR VIDEO AND BUILD HIGHLIGHT REELS Fine-tune your recording while keeping the original available: - Trim the beginning and end, with a filmstrip timeline - Choose a cover frame - Add, arrange, and edit highlight clips - Add transitions between reel clips - Add music and mix it with your activity audio - Analyze music beats to help synchronize reel cuts - Preview and save your edits, or reset them later RushCam can analyze telemetry and video to suggest moments such as top speed, sharp turns, climbs, descents, and jumps. Choose the moments you want in your reel and continue editing them. RECORDING CONTROLS FOR ACTION Use essential controls from the recording screen: - Front and rear cameras, flashlight, and device-supported zoom - Compatible ultra-wide and quick zoom choices - GPS readiness and recording timer - Framing guides and portrait or landscape orientation - A keep-screen-awake option Camera and zoom choices depend on your device. Some camera changes may be unavailable during recording to help avoid interruptions. ACTIVITIES FOR YOUR ADVENTURES Choose an activity profile to get relevant metrics and template recommendations. Recording profiles include cycling, mountain biking, skiing, snowboarding, and scenic driving. EXPORT AND SHARE Render telemetry throughout your video, with supported options that can include: - 720p HD, 1080p Full HD, and 4K on compatible devices - 30 or 60 frames per second, depending on device and export settings - Portrait or landscape video - Metric or imperial measurements Save completed videos to your gallery or share them using supported system sharing options. Export capabilities vary by device, selected settings, and RushCam Pro access. IMPORT AND KEEP YOUR PROJECTS Import video with telemetry tracks from GPX, CSV, or FIT files. You can also import supported activity data and RushCam project packages. Each recording becomes a RushCam project. Review activity statistics, continue editing, rename projects, relink missing source video, or export a portable project package. You choose when to share your video or project files. USE RUSHCAM AS A GUEST OR SIGN IN Start as a guest without creating an account. Sign in to manage your account and subscription information. Recordings and project media stay on your device unless you choose to export or share them. RushCam does not automatically upload action videos to cloud storage.
