STPL RMS

RMS Pro is a powerful, enterprise-grade mobile application developed by Shroti Telecom Pvt. Ltd. for telecom field operators, NOC engineers, and site managers who need real-time visibility into their remote monitoring systems. Built for the demanding requirements of large-scale telecom infrastructure management, RMS Pro consolidates your entire monitoring ecosystem into a single, intuitive mobile interface — giving your team instant access to alarms, site vitals, energy data, and operational reports, wherever they are in the field. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🔔 LIVE ALARM MANAGEMENT ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Stay ahead of site failures with live alarm feeds from both RMS and SMPS sources. Instantly filter by severity — Major, Minor, Fire, and Night Door alarms — and drill down to individual site details for rapid response. 📡 SITE STATUS & MONITORING ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Get a real-time overview of all sites in your network. Track total, active, and non-active sites. Monitor non-communicating (Non-Comm) sites with aging buckets to prioritise field visits. Check site running modes — SOEB (on electricity board), SODG (on DG power), and SOBT (on battery) — across your entire portfolio. ⚡ ENERGY & UPTIME ANALYTICS ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Analyse DG run hours, energy consumption trends, and uptime SLA compliance per site. DCEM (Diesel Consumption & Energy Management) monthly reports give supervisors the data they need to optimise fuel use and reduce operating costs. Battery health analytics deliver actionable insights into backup power performance. 📊 REPORTS & INTELLIGENCE ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Access a comprehensive suite of operational reports: Communication Reports, Master Reports, Grid Billing, Optimization Reports, Asset Health, Site Variation analysis, and Historical Alarm logs — all exportable and shareable from your mobile device. 🛠 MAINTENANCE & FIELD TOOLS ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Raise and manage Trouble Tickets (TT Tool) directly from the field. Use the MQTT Write Data module to send control commands to site hardware. Track robotic call status and support requirements for sites needing immediate attention. 🔒 SECURE & RELIABLE ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ RMS Pro uses OTP-based two-factor authentication to ensure only authorised personnel can access sensitive site data. All communications are secured over HTTPS. The app is optimised for low-bandwidth field conditions. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ WHO IS THIS APP FOR? ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ✅ Telecom NOC Operators ✅ Site Maintenance Engineers ✅ Field Technicians ✅ Energy & Uptime Managers ✅ Tower Company Operations Teams ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ WHY CHOOSE RMS PRO? ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ✔ All-in-one platform — no need to switch between multiple dashboards ✔ Real-time data refresh — always see the latest site status ✔ Clean, intuitive interface — minimal learning curve for field staff ✔ Export & share reports — PDF and file sharing built-in ✔ Enterprise-ready — designed for large-scale multi-site networks Developed and maintained by Shroti Telecom Pvt.
