Samta Doot

Samta Doot is a digital survey and welfare management platform designed to support the social and economic upliftment of the Scheduled Caste population in Maharashtra. The application empowers trained Samta Doot surveyors to conduct door to door household surveys and collect important citizen data such as demographic details, education, employment status, income, housing conditions, and access to government benefits. This data helps create a comprehensive and reliable database for welfare planning and policy implementation. Using the Samta Doot mobile app, surveyors can easily capture and submit survey responses directly from the field. The application is designed for smooth and efficient data collection, even in areas with limited connectivity, ensuring uninterrupted survey operations. One of the core features of the platform is scheme eligibility mapping. Based on the data collected during surveys, the system intelligently identifies government schemes and welfare programs that citizens may be eligible for. This enables faster access to benefits and helps ensure that the right schemes reach the right beneficiaries. The Samta Doot platform is connected to a centralized administrative dashboard that allows authorized officials to monitor survey progress, manage surveyors, analyze citizen data, and generate region wise reports. This creates a powerful ecosystem for real time monitoring and data driven decision making. Key benefits of Samta Doot include accurate field data collection, improved welfare delivery, efficient survey management, and better visibility into social development indicators across Maharashtra. Samta Doot is committed to building an inclusive and technology driven framework that strengthens governance and improves the quality of life for underserved communities.
