Full description
ShotSort is a free Android screenshot organizer. It reads the text in each new screenshot on your phone and automatically moves it into the right folder: OTPs, receipts, tickets, addresses, code snippets and chats. No account, no cloud upload. HOW TO ORGANIZE SCREENSHOTS AUTOMATICALLY ON ANDROID 1. Open ShotSort and pick your screenshots folder and an output folder. 2. Turn on screenshot monitoring. 3. Take screenshots as usual. ShotSort reads each one with on-device OCR (text recognition) and sorts it within seconds. WHAT IT SORTS OUT OF THE BOX • OTPs and verification codes • Receipts, invoices and payments • Tickets, boarding passes and travel bookings • Addresses • Code snippets • Chats and conversations Anything else goes to Misc, and ShotSort suggests new rules for it. FEATURES • Real-time sorting: new screenshots are sorted as soon as they are saved • Sort your old screenshots: one tap sorts the whole backlog, with progress and time left • Search the text inside your sorted screenshots • Undo any move • Custom rules: use keywords or Regex, try a rule on sample text before saving, or start from a preset (Bank & UPI, Food Orders, Travel, Shopping, Social Media, Study Notes) • Back up and share your rules • Reads English and Hindi/Marathi (Devanagari) text PRIVATE BY DESIGN Text recognition and sorting happen entirely on your device. Your screenshots, their text and your rules are never uploaded. The internet is used only to show ads and for the optional purchase. COMMON QUESTIONS Is ShotSort free? Yes. Every feature is free. An optional one-time purchase removes ads. There is no subscription. Does it need an account? No. Does it upload my screenshots? No. Everything runs on your phone. Which Android versions work? Android 10 and newer. Can it find a screenshot by the text inside it? Yes, use Search. Can I undo a move? Yes, from Recent Activity on the dashboard. Does it work for Hindi? Yes, turn on Indian Language Support in Settings. Great for students, shoppers, developers, designers and anyone with a messy gallery. Download ShotSort and let your screenshots sort themselves.

What's new
