Surge: Boxing Tabata Timer

You're three rounds in, sweat in your eyes, and you need to know the time left without breaking stride. That's what Surge is built for. Surge is an interval timer for boxers, HIIT athletes, and anyone training against the clock — built to be read in a glance from across the room, not squinted at up close. Six formats, one timer: • Boxing — round-based timing with prep, work, warning, and rest. Classic 12×3:00/1:00 and fully customizable beyond it. • Tabata — the protocol-true 8×20s/10s. • HIIT — configurable work/rest intervals for any training style. • EMOM — Every Minute on the Minute, with a live cycle countdown. • AMRAP — As Many Rounds As Possible, timed and tracked. • Circuit — multi-exercise rotations with rest between stations. Built to be glanceable: • Massive, high-contrast numerals readable from across the gym. • Voice cues and distinct bell sounds mark every phase — prep, work, warning, rest. • Adjustable prep countdown, so you actually have time to put your gloves on. Train your way: • Save your own presets and revisit them in one tap. • Track history and streaks over time. • Earn achievements as you build consistency. With Premium: • Remove ads entirely. • Sync your data across devices. • Connect with Apple Health and Strava. Your data, your call: Surge works fully offline — your training data stays on your device unless you choose to sync it. We don't sell your data, and we never will. No social feed, no leaderboards, no gimmicks. Just a timer that gets out of your way.
