SHINY is an operations management platform built to streamline the scheduling, booking and daily logistics of non-profit care services. It replaces manual paperwork and prevents resource conflicts, giving staff and families a single, clear view of the day. The app supports three service types: Daytime Temporary Support (日中一時支援) — capacity tracking and digital records for daytime community care sessions. Mobility Support (移動サービス) — transport scheduling, including school commute runs, matching vehicles with the required driver and assistant staffing. Recreation Programme (余暇活動) — community event logistics, venue capacity management, and guardian-accompaniment checks where the activity requires a parent to attend. For operations teams • Dispatch board — assign staff and vehicles by drag-and-drop, with validation that prevents double-booking, time conflicts and staffing shortfalls before they reach the road. • Digital runsheets — mobile task lists for field staff, with attendance check-in, pickup confirmation, and incident or delay reporting from the phone. • Daily contact-book reports (連絡帳) — bilingual condition sheets recorded by staff and shared with the family the moment they are finalised. • Audit and export — an immutable activity log, plus one-click CSV and Excel exports for municipal reporting. For families • Submit booking requests, see confirmation status, and receive reminders before the day. • Read the daily report for your family member as soon as staff complete it. • During an active trip, see the approximate position of the vehicle on a map — shown only with the staff member's explicit consent, and only while the trip is running.
