ShineBoard

ShineBoard keeps short-term-rental hosts and cleaning teams on the same page — from booking to spotless. Turn a property's booking calendar into a clear cleaning schedule, give cleaners a photo-backed checklist to work through on-site, and send the host proof that every turnover actually happened. SCHEDULE AROUND BOOKINGS Connect a property's booking calendar and let cleaning jobs line up automatically with checkouts. Manage one-off jobs, recurring schedules, and a whole crew's week from a single calendar. PHOTO-BACKED CHECKLISTS Cleaners work a room-by-room checklist and capture proof photos as they go. Camera-first and one-handed, with big tap targets that work with gloves on. WORKS OFFLINE Built for real homes with spotty signal. A cleaner's work is saved on the device and syncs automatically once a connection returns — no lost photos, no re-doing a checklist. SEND THE PROOF Share a clean, photo-backed report of a finished job as a link. Hosts and clients see the completed checklist and the photos without installing anything or creating an account. FLAG ISSUES CLEARLY Report damage or missing items with photos, surfaced for the manager and host to sign off before the next guest arrives. BUILT FOR TEAMS Invite cleaners, managers, and hosts by link. Everyone sees exactly the jobs and properties they should — nothing more. SPEAKS YOUR CREW'S LANGUAGE Full English, Spanish, and Portuguese interfaces, so a checklist reads clearly to whoever is holding the phone. WHO IT'S FOR • Cleaning companies servicing short-term rentals • Short-term-rental hosts who want proof, not promises • Property managers coordinating crews across multiple homes ShineBoard is free to download.
