يتعرّف «المجيب شريان» على المكالمات الواردة إلى هاتف العيادة، ثم يراسل المتصل عبر واتساب العيادة ليأخذ اسمه وعمره ويكمل الحجز، فلا تضيع مكالمة لم يردّ عليها أحد. • تحديد الشريحة التي رنّت، فيصل الرد من الرقم نفسه الذي اتصل به المريض. • اختيار ما يُردّ عليه: كل المكالمات، أو ما فاتكم فقط، أو إيقاف الرد. • سجل داخل التطبيق يبيّن سبب الرد أو عدمه لكل مكالمة.
