Whether it’s accessing your weekly check-ins, staying on top of your weight loss numbers, or reading our in-app women’s health blogs and articles, our in-app features will play a major role in helping you achieve the weight loss success you deserve. APP FEATURES Progress Tracking Gain insights in your health and wellness journey through our tracking features and history backlog. You’ll be able to look all the way back to your first days on the programme to see the progress you’ve made and the accomplishments you’ve achieved. Through our detailed cataloguing system, you’ll have a scrapbook of memories to empower you throughout your weight loss journey and beyond. Calendar Planning and Reminders Through weekly reminders, diary planning, and push notifications, we’ll always make sure you’re staying on track in your health journey.
