She Gets Home: Women's Safety

She Gets Home is a personal safety app for women, combining live location sharing, journey tracking, SOS alerts and trusted Guardians for walking home, taxi journeys, dates, nights out and travelling alone. Tell someone you’re on your way and let She Gets Home do the rest. Share your location with chosen friends or family while a journey is running, so somebody you trust can follow your progress and know when you arrive. Unlike an all-day family tracker, She Gets Home shares your location only during a journey or SOS. When it ends, the tracking ends too. LIVE LOCATION SHARING & JOURNEY TRACKING Choose your destination, how you are travelling and which Guardians should see the journey. Your Circle can follow your live location from the moment you set off. Set a destination and the journey can end automatically when you reach it. If you are running late, your Circle receives an alert without you needing to stop and send a message. You can also start an open-ended journey when you do not have a destination or deadline. Whether you are walking home at night, taking a taxi, meeting a date or travelling alone, you decide when location sharing begins and who can see it. EMERGENCY SOS ALERTS & RECORDING Hold the SOS button for three seconds to: • Alert everyone in your Circle • Share your high-accuracy live location • Record audio and video while the SOS screen is open • Upload short recording clips as they are captured The SOS screen stays dark and quiet. Protect cancellation with a safety PIN so somebody else cannot simply stop an active alert. She Gets Home alerts your trusted contacts; it does not replace calling 999 or other emergency services when you can do so safely. TRUSTED CONTACTS — YOUR CIRCLE Invite up to five Guardians to watch over your journeys. They accept their own invitation and can see your location only while a journey or SOS is active. Watching someone as a Guardian does not require a membership. A Guardian can also create a separate Circle for their own journeys without losing access to the people they already watch over. FAKE CALL EXIT AID Start a simulated incoming-call screen when you need a reason to leave a conversation, date or uncomfortable situation. The fake call runs only on your phone. It never places, receives or spoofs a real telephone call and never contacts another person. CLARE’S LAW & THE RIGHT TO ASK The UK Domestic Violence Disclosure Scheme, also known as Clare’s Law, gives you the Right to Ask the police whether a partner may have a history of abuse. She Gets Home explains the process, helps you prepare your request and opens the official page for your police force. Your wording is copied for you to paste into the police form. The app does not submit the request, store information about the other person or receive the police response. PRIVATE, BATTERY-CONSCIOUS LOCATION SHARING • No advertising trackers • No everyday location history • Your saved home location stays on your phone • Your location is never sold to advertisers, insurers or data brokers • No all-day driving or crash detection • SOS recordings are deleted automatically after 30 days • Delete your Circle and its stored data inside the app GPS runs during a journey or SOS, not all day. Optional background location lets a live journey keep updating while your phone is locked or in your pocket. Without it, sharing pauses whenever the app is not open. MEMBERSHIP A monthly or annual membership lets a Circle owner start journeys and invite up to five Guardians. Guardians who only watch over someone else use the app without a membership.
