Sharpsel

Sharpsel turns your WhatsApp into a shop that keeps selling after you close. Customers message at 11pm. You reply at 7am. By then they've bought somewhere else. Sharpsel answers instantly, takes the order, sends a payment link and confirms the payment for you. ANSWERS CUSTOMERS 24/7 Your bot greets customers, shows your catalogue, takes their order and collects their delivery address — in English or Pidgin. COLLECTS PAYMENT AUTOMATICALLY Every order gets a secure Paystack payment link. When the customer pays, the order is confirmed and you get a notification. No more checking screenshots to see who really sent money. KEEPS ORDERS IN ONE PLACE See every order with its payment and delivery status on one screen. Mark orders shipped or delivered as they move. MANAGES YOUR CATALOGUE Add products with photos, prices and stock levels. Get a warning when stock runs low, and tell past customers about a restock in one tap. HANDS THE CHAT BACK TO YOU Step into any conversation. When a customer asks something the bot cannot answer, the chat is flagged and waiting in your Inbox. SHOWS YOU WHAT IS WORKING Daily sales summaries, revenue over time and your best-selling products. BUILT FOR NIGERIAN VENDORS Prices in Naira. Paystack payments straight to your bank. Delivery through GIG, GUO, Red Star or any courier you choose. And it runs on WhatsApp, where your customers already are.
