Shared List App

Shared List App is a simple way to organise the things you need to get done with other people. Create a list, invite the people involved and keep everything in one place. Add tasks, assign responsibility, set priorities and see what's done, what's next and who's doing it. HOME LISTS. WORK LISTS. ONE APP. Keep separate lists for different parts of your life, each shared with the people you choose. Use Shared List App with your family, friends, colleagues, clients, clubs, committees or anyone else you need to get things done with. FOCUS ON WHAT MATTERS Pick tasks from different lists and bring them together in your own Shortlists. Keep track of what matters today without changing the lists everyone else is working from. ASSIGN IT. SEE IT GET DONE. Assign tasks to different people, update their status and see progress without having to keep asking what's happening. KEEP THE CONVERSATION WITH THE TASK Each task has its own comments, so conversations, decisions and updates stay where they belong instead of getting lost in group chats. PHOTOS AND FILES, RIGHT WHERE YOU NEED THEM Add photos and files to your lists so the quote, the plan, a reference image or anything else people need stays with the work. KEEP EVERYONE UP TO DATE Get useful notifications when things change, so everyone can see what's happening without having to ask. ON YOUR PHONE AND ON THE WEB Access the same lists on your phone or through the web, with everything kept in sync. From the weekly shop and household jobs to work projects, client priorities, trips, events and team actions, Shared List App gives you one place to organise what needs doing and share it with the people who need to know. Less to remember. Less chasing. Everyone knows what's happening.
