Shaheen Cars - Customer

A driver, on time, at a price you know. Shaheen Cars gets you from A to B across Pakistan with a fixed fare agreed before you ride — no surge pricing, no per-kilometre meter, no surprises at drop-off. SERVICES • Airport transfers — fixed fare, your flight is watched so pickup adjusts if you land early or late. • City to city — book a driver between cities, fare fixed up front. • Hourly hire — a chauffeur by the hour, 4-hour minimum, for meetings, errands or a day out. • Chauffeured rental — a driver and car for a day, week or month. HOW IT WORKS 1. Choose a service and set your pickup details. 2. See the fixed fare and vehicle before you confirm — nothing changes later. 3. Track your booking by notification: driver assigned, on the way, arrived. 4. Pay the driver directly in cash at the end of the trip. WHY RIDERS USE SHAHEEN CARS • Fixed fares shown before you book — the total you see is the total you pay. • A named driver, photo and plate number sent to you before pickup. • Free cancellation up to a set number of hours before pickup; a small fee only if you cancel later. • Rate your trip and driver after every ride. • Save home, work and other places for faster booking next time. • Support by phone, WhatsApp or in-app message if anything needs sorting out. Available in English, Arabic and Urdu. Need help? Reach our team in-app under Support, or contact [email protected].
