5G Only is a utility for accessing supported mobile network settings. It provides a simple way to reach the preferred network type settings available on compatible Android devices, along with mobile speed testing and test history. PREFERRED NETWORK MODE Use 5G Only to open the device's supported network configuration and choose an available preferred network mode. Depending on your device, Android version, SIM, carrier, and network support, you may see options such as: • 2G / GSM • 3G / WCDMA • 4G / LTE • 5G / NR The app does not create 5G service or guarantee that a particular network mode will be available. NETWORK SPEED TEST Measure your current connection with a built-in speed test and view: • Download speed • Upload speed • Ping / latency • Test status • Test results Speed measurements can change depending on signal strength, network conditions, server conditions, device state, and other factors. Results are estimates of the connection at the time of testing and are not a guarantee of network performance. SPEED TEST HISTORY Review previous speed tests with their recorded date and time, download speed, upload speed, and ping values. Use the history to compare results from different tests. SHARE RESULTS Share a completed speed test result using the available sharing option on your device. STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE Follow the in-app guide to: 1. Open the device's network settings or phone information area. 2. Select the appropriate phone or SIM where supported. 3. Find the Preferred Network Type setting. 4. Choose an available network mode supported by your device and carrier. RESET TO DEFAULT The app provides guidance for returning to the device's normal network configuration through Android settings.
