Seven Dough: Sourdough Bakery

Seven Dough is a small-batch bakery in Cairo. We ferment slowly, shape by hand and bake fresh every morning — then bring it to your door. Order sourdough bread, butter croissants, bagels, focaccia, brioche, toast, cookies and brownies from the app in a few taps, or plan catering for your event. No payment in the app: we call to confirm every order before it goes in the oven. WHAT WE BAKE • Sourdough bread — plain, whole wheat, seeded, za'atar and olive, cheese and jalapeño, walnut and raisin, cheese and pastrami, and double chocolate. 800–900g loaves, fermented for up to 24 hours. • Croissants — twenty-seven layers of European butter: classic butter, chocolate and pain au chocolat, and filled croissants with cheddar, smoked turkey, roast beef, pastrami or smoked salmon. • Bagels — boiled, then baked: plain, sesame, seeded and whole wheat by the batch of six, or filled bagels with cheddar, smoked turkey, roast beef, three cheese, labneh and za'atar, or halloumi and pesto. • Focaccia — dimpled deep with olive oil and flaked salt: plain, tomato, olive and herbs, or cheese. • Brioche and toast — soft, butter-rich loaves for slow mornings. • Cookies and brownies — chocolate chunk and double chocolate cookies, and fudgy brownies. CATERING FOR EVENTS Mini burgers, mini kofta, mini hawawshi, beef and chicken shawarma, fajita tacos, chicken strips, popcorn chicken and mini pizzas — for birthdays, engagements, office lunches and gatherings. Tell us the date and the number of guests, and we plan the spread with you on WhatsApp. DELIVERY ACROSS CAIRO We deliver to more than sixty areas, with a fixed fee per area and no surprises at the door: New Cairo and the Fifth Settlement (Tagamoa), El Rehab, Katameya, Mivida, Villette, Hyde Park, Mountain View iCity and Palm Hills. WHY THE APP • Reorder your last order in one tap. • Your delivery details are saved after the first order, so the second one needs no typing at all. • Know the morning a fresh batch comes out of the oven, if you want to. Fresh-bake notifications and order updates are separate switches, and both stay off until you turn them on. • Follow your order from the oven to your door. • See exactly what delivery costs to your area before you order, not after. • Save any receipt straight to your photos. HOW WE BAKE Flour, water, salt and time. No additives, no improvers, nothing you cannot pronounce. Every loaf is shaped, scored and watched by a person rather than a production line, and we bake in small batches through the day so what you take home is hours old, not days. Questions, catering or a large order? Message us on WhatsApp straight from the app and a real person will answer. Baked at dawn. At your door by nine.
