Setu: Indic Spirituality

Setu is your daily companion to the wisdom of the dharmic traditions, Hindu, Buddhist, Jain and Sikh, made for modern life. Setu means bridge. A bridge between ancient wisdom and the life you live today. Whether you grew up with these stories or are meeting them for the first time, Setu meets you where you are. EVERY DAY, SOMETHING NEW - Today's Journey: a short, beautifully told journey through one idea, story or festival, with the verse behind it and something to carry into your day. - Today's Practice: a mantra, a small act or a reflection, with the why behind it. - How are you feeling?: tell Setu how your day is going, anxious, grieving, grateful, restless and more, and hear a narrated story of someone in the tradition who met that same feeling, and what let them move. STORIES, NARRATED More than 600 stories from the epics, the Puranas, the Upanishads, the Jatakas, the Sikh Gurus and the saints of every region. Many are narrated, so you can listen on a walk, a commute or at bedtime. Kids tellings included. FESTIVALS AND THE SACRED CALENDAR - A living panchang: tithi, nakshatra and masa every day, on your local clock. - Rich festival guides for Diwali, Navratri, Ganesh Chaturthi, Holi, Pongal, Onam and many more, with the story, the ritual, the food and how each region celebrates. - Gentle reminders so a sacred day never slips past. GO DEEPER WHEN YOU'RE READY - Philosophy: the big ideas, karma, dharma, atman, ahimsa, explained simply, with Hindu, Buddhist, Jain and Sikh perspectives side by side. - Bhagavad Gita, mantras and verses from across the traditions, with meaning, audio and why each one matters. - Pujas, sacred hymns, offerings and life rituals, explained, never prescribed. - People: saints, sages and poets, in their own words. - Scripture 101: a simple map of the texts. MADE WITH CARE - No streaks, no guilt. Come when you can. - Save anything to your own shelves. - Share a verse or a moment as a beautiful card. - Your feelings stay private. We never send what you share to analytics. Setu is for the curious and the devoted, the diaspora and the urban seeker, anyone who wants their roots to feel alive. Your bridge home, and your bridge to your higher self.
