Set90

Set90 is the fastest way to track your lifts through the 90-day P90X® program. Open it, tap your workout, and log every set in seconds — no fiddly wheels, no clutter. Set90 remembers exactly what you did last time and shows it right next to today's set, so you always know the number to beat. Built for the program, workout by workout Every P90X resistance and core workout is pre-loaded in the exact order you'll do it — Chest & Back, Shoulders & Arms, Legs & Back, Chest/Shoulders/Triceps, Back & Biceps, Core Synergistics and Ab Ripper X. Cardio, yoga and stretch days are one tap to mark complete. Chest & Back tracks Round 1 and Round 2 separately, just like the worksheet. "Last time" on every exercise The greyed hint under each move shows your most recent reps and weight. Beat it and the card turns green — progressive overload made obvious. Log a set in under two seconds A big, one-handed number pad. Tap reps, tap weight, done — it saves as you type. Toggle dumbbell, band or bodyweight per set. Works fully offline; your data survives closing the app. The full 90-day schedule Pick Classic, Lean or Doubles and your start date. Set90 lays out all 90 days, tells you what's on today, and lets you jump to any day. Progress you can see (Pro) Per-exercise strength trends, workout completion history, bodyweight, and CSV export.
