Setlistory Crew

Setlistory Crew is the essential companion app for Setlistory, built for the people behind the show — sound engineers, lighting engineers, and road crew. With Setlistory Crew, technicians can instantly access song-specific instructions for a performance by simply scanning a QR code from a Setlistory setlist. No more printed notes, messy chat messages, or last-minute confusion during a gig. Everything your crew needs to know — exactly when they need to know it. How it works 1. A musician creates a setlist in Setlistory and adds technical notes for each song. 2. The crew scans the QR code from the setlist. 3. The app instantly displays all instructions for the show. Perfect for live performance crews Crew members can quickly see important notes such as: - Which guitar to bring for a song - When to boost a guitar solo - Lighting changes during a specific section - Instrument swaps between songs - Special stage or technical cues Flexible viewing modes Setlistory Crew offers two viewing styles so each technician can work the way they prefer: Scroll View Follow the show song-by-song in a continuous timeline. List View See the entire setlist at once for quick navigation. Focus only on what matters Crew members can filter comments by role, so they only see relevant instructions: - Roadie notes - Sound engineer cues - Lighting instructions - Or view everything together Built for the stage - Instant QR scanning - Simple, distraction-free interface - Designed for fast access during live performances - Works perfectly alongside the Setlistory ecosystem Whether you're managing guitars, mixing the band, or running the lights — Setlistory Crew keeps everyone on the same page during the show.
