Full description

Run your coaching business from your phone. For personal trainers, yoga and pilates teachers, sports coaches — everyone who works by the session. Seshman replaces the spreadsheet, the calendar juggling and the WhatsApp back-and-forth with one shared picture that you and your clients both see. One app, two experiences: trainers sign in to the full five-tab toolkit shown in the screenshots — Dashboard, Clients, Classes, Activity and Settings. Clients sign in to a simpler companion view of their sessions, packages and progress. SESSIONS & PACKAGES • Sell session packages — clients always know how many sessions they have left, and so do you • Start and end sessions in the app; balances update themselves • One-off sessions, free sessions and per-session pricing when packages don't fit CLASSES • Run group classes alongside 1:1 work — enrol regulars for a block, add drop-ins per class SCHEDULING • Your week at a glance, with clashes flagged before they happen • Clients see their upcoming sessions • Subscribe your own calendar (Apple, Google) to your Seshman schedule PAYMENTS, INVOICES & RECEIPTS • Get paid your way: cash, bank transfer, or card in the app (powered by Stripe) • Invoices and receipts generated automatically — VAT handled if you're registered • Refunds and statements without a spreadsheet CLIENTS • Clients join with a link or QR — the app is free for them, always • Not every client wants an app: manage offline clients too, they're kept in the loop by email • Intake forms, session notes and goals in one place per client Built for independent professionals — not studios, not chains. If you coach in a park, a garage gym, online, or at your client's home, Seshman fits the way you already work. Your clients never pay for Seshman. You pay one subscription; everything above is included.
