It is a role-aware app that provides contextual process automation based on the user's role as a Field Engineer, or a Customer. Field Service drives profitability by automating the process of dispatching field technicians to service calls. The app is to be used by Customer and Service Executive only. Customer features : - Customer can raise Job requests and track its status. - Customer can select his/her physical location or other location for job requests. - Customer can check his invoices for the completed jobs.
