Full description

The Nymble app is the official mobile companion for London Black Cab drivers operating within the Heathrow Airport Taxi Management System. Built by Sensor Dynamics and powered by the Nymble platform, the app guides and manages your entire journey through the airport precinct — from your first entry at the feeder park through to passenger pick-up at a terminal rank — so you always know where you stand and where you need to be. Real-Time Notifications and Messaging Never miss a critical update. The Nymble app delivers instant push notifications — including audio alerts — for compliance status, zone assignments, dispatch instructions, and operational messages. Direct communications from the operations team are delivered straight to your device, keeping you informed at every stage of your journey. Zone Assignments and Dispatch Instructions Know exactly where you need to be. Receive real-time zone and terminal assignments driven by live site conditions and operational demand — so you're always directed where the operation needs you, the moment it needs you there. Shortfare Management Assigned a local journey? The Nymble app manages your shortfare automatically — so after completing a short trip, you're directed back to a designated terminal rather than being sent to the back of the queue. No penalties for local fares. Profile and Compliance Management Your operational standing, always visible. View your profile status, active compliance flags, and any actions required — so you arrive at every checkpoint ready and informed. Live Wait Times and Occupancy Plan your movements with confidence. Real-time wait time estimates and zone occupancy statistics mean you have the data you need without having to ask for it. Privacy-Compliant Location Tracking The Nymble app uses GPS and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) to support accurate in-precinct location tracking. Tracking is privacy-compliant by design: data collection stops automatically when you leave the designated operational area or close the app. Powered by Nymble The app is the mobile layer of the Nymble platform — Sensor Dynamics' AI-native enterprise transport and access management system, powering complex, high-volume operational environments across Australia and the United Kingdom. The Nymble app is available to authorised operators within Nymble-powered environments. Contact Sensor Dynamics to learn how Nymble can transform your transport operations. sensordynamics.com.au
