She takes the calls you would miss, answers your customers in your own words, books appointments and sends you a summary. In the app you only deal with what really needs a person. WHAT SHE DOES • Answers questions in your words — opening hours, prices, what you do and don't do. • Books an appointment and puts it in the calendar as a proposal. You confirm or move it. • Speaks Czech, English and German. • Transfers the caller to you or a colleague when they need a person. • Questions she couldn't answer come to the top — add the answer and she knows it next time.
