LetGo: Adaptive Habit Tracker

LetGo of what holds you down and develop your future self. Meet the first habit tracker and daily routine planner that forgives your slip-ups and adapts to your life, not the other way around. Most habit trackers are built on rigid pressure. One missed day, your "streak" breaks, and you’re left feeling like a failure. At LetGo, we know life is unpredictable. That’s why we created Adaptive Habits - a science-based algorithm that dynamically adjusts your weekly goals to match your actual capacity. No guilt. No "starting over." Whether you are trying to quit smoking, stop doom-scrolling, or build a daily meditation routine, our unique Balloon and Stone metaphor helps you visualize your progress. Build good habits that lift you up and cut the ropes of the bad habits dragging you down. This isn't just another ADHD-friendly checklist, it’s an evidence-based approach to lifestyle and habit design. ✨KEY FEATURES: • Adaptive Habits: Our core algorithm that shifts your goals based on your successes and struggles to prevent burnout. • Quit & Build: A dual system designed to help you stop bad habits (Break) and start healthy routines (Build) simultaneously. • Cloud sync & security: Never lose your progress.
