Selfrell: Gamified Journal

Relationships and emotional growth are hard work. But they don’t have to be heavy. Let’s make them feel like play. Selfrell is a new, playful, and symbolic journal that helps you reflect on these feelings. We turn your emotions into 'Crells' - creatures you can understand and your inner strengths into 'Startifacts' - tools you can collect and grow. Stop feeling stuck. Start your adventure of self-discovery. How it works? RECORD YOUR MOMENTS: Quickly log difficult emotional triggers ('Cue') or positive memories that build connection ('Foster'). RE FRAME YOUR THOUGHTS: Use your collection of 'Startifacts' (your inner strengths) to practice reframing negative thoughts into positive ones ('Tame'). SEE YOUR PATTERNS: Look back at your journal to *finally* see the patterns behind your feelings and build true self-awareness. What you will build? TRUE SELF-AWARENESS: Recognize your emotional triggers and learn to respond in healthier, more intentional ways. STRONGER CONNECTIONS: Nurture your relationships by reflecting on your patterns and fostering positive moments. MENTAL RESILIENCE: Level up by turning your life challenges into a fun, engaging, and meaningful journey. A NOTE FROM THE FOUNDER I experienced firsthand the challenges of navigating complex relationship dynamics and their impact on mental health throughout my life. I created Selfrell to address this complex issue using a playful approach, making it easier, motivating, and meaningful to understand emotional behaviors. By combining my interests, I want to share the results of my journey and hope to create value for others as much as it has for me.
