这是一套「种子」的日常功课。 它建立在《当和尚遇到钻石》与《业力管理》讲的那套体系上：你经历到的一切， 来自你过去种下的种子。想要什么，就先把那样东西给出去——想要财富，先慷慨； 想要被理解，先去理解别人。 这个应用不替你修行，它只做一件事：把这套功课落到每一天， 并且照着你自己写下的那句目标来问你。 ■ 先花十分钟，把目标理清楚 选一个方向，用一句话写下你想要的改变，再答几个问题：到那天是什么样子、 挡在前面的是什么、身边有谁。 这一步只做一次。往后每一天的提示、问句、提醒，都是照你自己的答案生成的—— 不是一句放之四海的鸡汤。 ■ 六时书 · 一天六次，各记一笔 纸本的六时书一天分六段，每段记下你种了什么。这里也一样： 到点提醒你，打开就是那一格，四步之内记完——分清这一笔是好种子还是坏种子， 写一句，种下。 想不起来做了什么？点开自查清单勾一条，那句话会替你写好。 ■ 不只是记录，还有几样具体的方法 · 四力量——一颗坏种子怎么拔：依止、破恶、防护、对治，四步走完 · 四步骤·之约——找一个想要同样东西的人，约好互相帮 · 咖啡冥想——睡前十分钟，把这一天种下的过一遍 · 感恩支票——给一个帮过你的人开一张，写清楚他给了你什么 · 瑜伽——练的时候心里放着一个人，那一下就是在种一颗种子 ■ 看得见的长进 每周一份种收账本，一边是你种下的，一边是开花的——并排摆着，不替你连因果。 还有花园、学籍、人物档案：为谁种下过几颗，一目了然。 ■ 这里没有的东西 没有打卡断签，没有排行榜，没有「你已经三天没来了」。 减号不用红色——诚实记下没做好的那一笔，本身就是功课的一部分，不该被羞辱。 ■ 你的记录在你自己手机里 没有账号，不用注册。目标、记录、人物全部存在本机，你写的那些话是加密存的。 不做统计，不接广告，没有任何第三方 SDK。 想走的时候，「注销并清除全部数据」是真的物理删除。 ■ 关于 AI（可选） 想不起来今天做了什么、不知道该拔哪颗坏种子、不知道约谁，可以让 AI 帮你理一理。 它是对着十善业那一整套说法给的建议 中文 / English 双语。
