Give your eyes a break with Blinkly, an app for guided eye exercises and simple daily workouts. Short routines fit easily into your workday, study sessions or evening wind-down, helping you step away from the screen and build a consistent eye-care habit. Eye workouts for every part of your day Choose the routine that fits the moment: - Workplace Warm-up - 5 minutes of simple exercises during a day at the computer; - Relax and Unwind - a calm 7-minute routine after a long day of screen time; - Quick 20-20-20 - a 20-second eye break between tasks. Blinkly guides you step by step through blinking, near-far focus, diagonal gazes, figure eights, eye rotations and palming. Clear visual cues help you focus on each movement without watching the clock. Break reminders that fit your schedule It is easy to lose track of time in front of a screen. Blinkly helps you pause with customizable 20-20-20 reminders: every 20 minutes, look at something about 20 feet (6 meters) away for 20 seconds. Choose your days, times and intervals, from one daily reminder to a complete work-period schedule. Progress that keeps you motivated - View completed workouts in your calendar; - Build a consistent training streak; - Unlock achievements for exercises and healthy habits; - Grow your own garden as you make progress. Blinkly turns eye care into a simple daily ritual: choose a workout, follow the guidance and watch your progress grow. Blinkly is intended to support healthy screen habits and help prevent visual fatigue. It is not a medical device or a method of treatment or vision correction. If you have an eye condition, recently had eye surgery or experience discomfort, consult an eye care professional before exercising.
