SecoreX Smart Badge is the mobile companion for organisations using HID Mobile Access. It lets authorized users carry a digital credential on their smartphone and use it to open compatible access readers—without a physical card. Your digital badge, always with you After signing in, provision your Mobile ID using an invitation from your administrator. Your personalized digital badge shows your organization branding, card details, and credential status so you always know your access is active. Open doors with your phone SecoreX uses Bluetooth to detect nearby HID access readers and supports convenient mobile unlock, including: Tap to open a selected reader from the nearby reader list Automatic unlock when you approach a reader (based on your settings) Twist & Go gesture support (when enabled) Favorite readers for quicker access to doors you use often Flexible security modes Choose how your Mobile ID can be used: Always — foreground, background, or while the phone is locked Foreground — only while the app is open Unlocked — only when your phone is unlocked You can also enable or disable nearby reader discovery, sound, and vibration feedback in App Preferences. Google Wallet support Where supported by your organization, add your Mobile ID to Google Wallet for secure, convenient access alongside your other wallet passes. NFC is used for tap-to-access when available on your device. Built for enterprise mobile access SecoreX Smart Badge is designed for employees, contractors, and other users who receive Mobile Access credentials from their organization. The app requires: A valid invitation code or provisioned Mobile ID from your administrator Bluetooth (and Nearby Devices or location permissions where required) for reader detection and unlock An active, non-revoked credential If your Mobile ID is suspended or revoked, the app will reflect that status and prompt you to contact your administrator. Notifications & status Receive alerts when door opening succeeds or fails, and stay informed when the app is active in the background for mobile access. About & support View credential and endpoint information from the About screen. Use Deregister in App Preferences if you need to remove your Mobile ID from this device. Note: SecoreX Smart Badge must be provisioned by your organization. It does not grant access on its own. If you do not have an invitation code or Mobile ID, contact your facility or IT administrator.
