Full description
Log dives, track gear, discover marine life, and keep everything about your diving in one place. Scubadex is a native dive logbook built for divers who want their data on their device, not locked inside someone else's cloud. No account. No login. No ads. Just open the app and start diving. Log dives your way Create dives manually or import them directly from your dive computer. Already logged a dive before downloading your computer profile? No problem. Attach the dive computer data afterwards while keeping your original dive entry. Every dive can include: • Dive computer profiles • Depth & time charts • Water conditions • Air consumption (SAC) • Equipment used • Dive buddies • Dive centres • Notes • Marine life encounters Discover marine life Build your own underwater field guide. Log every species you encounter through an easy-to-browse catalogue covering everything from Irish kelp forests to Red Sea coral reefs. Track: • First sightings • Number of encounters • Dive history • Personal species collection Your underwater memories become searchable forever. Keep your gear organised. Scubadex helps manage the equipment that keeps you safe. Track service intervals for: • Regulators • BCDs • Cylinders • Drysuits Create reusable kit checklists so you never forget essential equipment. Store certifications from major training agencies including: PADI • SSI • CMAS • BSAC • SDI • TDI Learn from your diving Every dive contributes to your personal statistics. View: • Total dives • Bottom time • Deepest dive • Dive locations • Water temperatures • Air consumption • Interactive dive map Watch your diving evolve over time. Your data stays yours Scubadex is offline-first. Your dive log isn't stored on our servers. Export your dives as CSV at any time and create backups wherever you choose, including your own cloud storage. You stay in control of your data. Built by a diver for divers. Scubadex wasn't built by a dive computer manufacturer. It wasn't built by a training agency. It wasn't built to sell equipment. It was built by a diver who wanted one app that could manage every aspect of diving. Whether you're a newly certified Open Water diver or planning technical dives, Scubadex grows with you.

What's new

Species photos are here! Scubadex now downloads photos in the background and shows them on species tiles and detail pages, with photographer credits. 73 new species, including Mediterranean marine life, plus two new categories: Tunicates and Ctenophores. Species you haven't found yet now appear in greyscale, ready to colour in once you log them. Adding an encounter is quicker: the Quantity field has gone.
